This is all too big at present, and needs the MB css to style it as well, but does show how vanilla bootstrap 5 can display the DNS records for any size of display. Although more vertical space is needed, every device has unlimited amounts of that, whereas the horizontal space is at a premium with some devices.
It is too big - adjusting the browser to show at 80% size might give a better idea of how it could look. The 'type' column does not need to be an input, of course.
